Delete Your Account

How to permanently delete your Physora account and data, from the app or without it, and what happens afterwards.

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store account first to avoid being charged again.

Delete in the appLink to Delete in the app

  1. 1Open Physora and sign in.
  2. 2Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. 3Confirm. You can download a copy of your data first from Settings → Privacy → Export my data.

Delete without the appLink to Delete without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email To be confirmed: privacy email from the address linked to your account and include:

  • the email address, or whether you used Sign in with Apple or Google;
  • the words "Delete my Physora account".

We may ask you to confirm the request from that address before we delete anything.

What gets deleted, and whenLink to What gets deleted, and when

  • Physique photos and scans: permanently deleted within 24 hours.
  • Account, profile, workouts, nutrition logs and coach history: deleted as part of the same process.
  • Backups: removed as backups expire on their normal cycle. To be confirmed: Backup window to be confirmed

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What we keep, and whyLink to What we keep, and why

Payment records are held by Apple or Google under their own policies. We may keep a minimal record of subscription events, with no photos or health data, where the law requires it for tax or fraud prevention. To be confirmed: Retention period to be confirmed by counsel
