Not a medical deviceLink to Not a medical device
Physora is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or other qualified professional.
Scores and body fat are estimatesLink to Scores and body fat are estimates
Physique scores and body-fat percentages are estimated from photographs and shown as ranges with a confidence label. They are not clinical measurements, and they can vary with lighting, pose and camera. They are most useful for comparing your own check-ins over time.
Any timeline or projection in the app is an estimate, not a promise. Everyone responds to training and nutrition differently.
Check with a professional firstLink to Check with a professional first
Talk to a doctor or qualified professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you:
- have an injury, pain, or a diagnosed medical condition;
- are pregnant, or have recently given birth;
- have, or have had, an eating disorder;
- take medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure or appetite.
Stop if it hurtsLink to Stop if it hurts
Stop exercising right away if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or shortness of breath, and seek medical help if it continues. Exercise cues include safety notes, and your plan respects injuries you tell us about, but you know your body best.
Nutrition targetsLink to Nutrition targets
Calorie and macronutrient targets are general guidance, calculated with safety floors and limits on how large a deficit can be. They are not a meal plan for a medical condition.
The AI coachLink to The AI coach
The AI coach gives general training and nutrition guidance. It does not diagnose, and it will point you to a professional for pain, injury or health concerns. Do not use it for emergencies. If you need urgent help, contact your local emergency services.
