Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Axeract Technologies for the Physora app and website. By creating an account or using Physora, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Physora.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Physora, including physique scans. By using the app you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Physora provides general fitness and nutrition guidance. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Please read our Health and Medical Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You agree not to:

• upload photos of anyone other than yourself;
• upload images of, or that appear to show, anyone under 18;
• upload explicit or sexual content. Physique photos must be at underwear or swimwear coverage or more;
• misuse the AI coach, attempt to extract other users’ data, or interfere with the service;
• reverse-engineer, resell or copy the app except as the law allows.

We may reject content that breaks these rules and suspend accounts that repeatedly do.

• Physora offers a free tier and optional Premium subscriptions. Current prices and any free trial are shown in the app and on the store listing before you buy.
• Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by us, and are charged to your store account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
• If you start a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
• You cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your Physora account does not cancel the subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases directly, but we are happy to help you contact the store.

You keep ownership of the photos, logs and messages you add. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide Physora to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

Physora, its software, programs, exercise videos, text and design belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own training.

Physora is provided "as is". Scan results, body-fat ranges and projections are estimates and may be inaccurate. Exercise carries risk; you train at your own risk and should stop if you feel pain.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

You can stop using Physora and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

We may update these terms. We will change the date and version above and give notice in the app before material changes take effect.
